Miklós Richárd Nagy and Ábrahám Kovács came to real estate from finance, and have been working in the market since 2012. Every project is assessed the way a portfolio position is assessed: location, build quality, payment structure and long-term value. That method still decides what we put in front of a client.

The brand
HEAVEN. brings it under one roof.
What had been separate strands of work — brokerage, rental management, legal and residency — became one organisation under the HEAVEN. name, so a client deals with one team instead of four.
